Our two offices located in Lititz and Ephrata are conveniently located to provide our clients with experienced personal injury representation without traveling too far from your work or home. Our offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. We have extended evening hours until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and Thursday evenings. Mr. Gardner has lived his entire life in Lancaster County. He graduated from The Dickinson School of Law cum laude in 1987. He is also a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College and Warwick High School.

Mr. Gardner has handled personal injury litigation throughout his entire career. He was awarded admittance into the Million Dollar Advocates’ Forum as a result of his handling of injury and wrongful death cases resulting in awards or verdicts in excess of one million dollars. He has been rated by Martindale Hubbell with their highest rating for both his ethics and his ability.

Mr. Gardner is heavily involved in the community and has leadership positions in both the Brickerville Volunteer Fire Company and Fire Police. He also serves as a Director on the Board of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a leader at Salem United Methodist Church in Rothsville, and has been involved in numerous other community organizations.


Mr. Stevens received his legal degree in 1996 from The Dickinson School of Law. He is also a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.

Mr. Stevens has enjoyed representing personal injury clients since the beginning of his career. He has experience in representing clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters requiring accident reconstruction and expert testimony.

Mr. Stevens previously served on the Board of Directors of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce for eight years, has coached the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team and has been involved with the Junior Achievement Program.
